We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time if we believe it is being misused.

3. Products

We sell playing cards, collector decks, and related products.

Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur between print runs.

Collector Products

Some items may be limited edition, collectable, or out of print. Where relevant, this will be stated in the product description. Availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities per customer.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. Orders are only accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel an order

  • limit quantities purchased

  • correct pricing errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • postal delays

  • customs processing (for international orders)

  • seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always do our best to help.

8. International Orders & Customs

If you order outside the UK, you may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees by your local authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind (UK Consumer Rights)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14-days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To cancel, contact us at help@playingcardcompany.co.uk within 14 days.

 

Conditions of Returns

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • in resalable condition

If returned goods are damaged, opened, used, or not in resalable condition, we may refuse the return or offer a reduced refund.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

10. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible at help@playingcardcompany.co.uk, including:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

11. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If we offer pre-order items, the expected release or dispatch date will be shown on the product page.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or supplier delays.

If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, we may:

  • ship everything together when all items are available, or

  • ship separately (at our discretion)

12. Limited Editions & Stock Errors

For limited edition products, stock is strictly limited.

If an item is oversold due to a stock error, we will:

  • Contact you promptly

  • offer a full refund or alternative product (if available)

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website,  including text, images, logos, product photography, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Playing Card Company.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

14. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes:

  • cannot be applied after an order has been placed

  • may be limited to certain products

  • may have expiry dates

  • cannot be exchanged for cash

We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time.

15. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • losses that were not foreseeable at the time of purchase

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • delays caused by events outside our control

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
